SAN GIORGIO

Technical projects

Technical projects for security sector tenders, security programmes for airports and ports, security plans and risk analysis.

Winning a tender in the security sector takes much more than a good service.

It takes technical documentation that demonstrates regulatory expertise, even before the work begins.

San Giorgio supports businesses and private security companies with the most complex technical aspects: tenders, security programmes, risk analysis.

Why San Giorgio

We are not a generalist consultancy. Every day we train screeners, technical directors and security managers who work in the very settings for which we build our projects. We know the requirements from the inside because we apply them every day.

Tender support and security programmes

Security tenders require precise technical documentation: operational projects, security programmes, staff training plans. Producing it correctly requires direct knowledge of the requirements that contracting authorities and the relevant authorities expect to find.

San Giorgio prepares operational technical projects and security programmes for airports and ports, compliant with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 as amended, the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (PNS), Italian Legislative Decree 203/2007 and the ISPS Code.

Security plans and risk analysis

When an authority or a client requires a security plan, filling in a template is not enough. It takes a document that reflects a real analysis of the context, identifies the specific risks and proposes measures consistent with the applicable regulations.

The process

01 Risk analysis

Identification and assessment of threats in the specific context

02 Security plan

Operational measures and protocols consistent with current regulations

03 Risk management

Ongoing management and updating of the system

The work is carried out by professionals with direct experience in law enforcement and in institutional security bodies.
