Inclusion cannot be improvised.

More and more companies and organisations are facing the same question: who really takes care of it, and with what skills? The role has a name, Disability Manager, and from October the first programme in Italy to certify it under ISO/IEC 17024 reopens.

Not yet another certificate of attendance, but a certification of skills issued by a third-party body accredited by Accredia. 40 hours of training, seven modules and twenty teaching units, delivered by webinar plus one day in person, to learn how to genuinely build inclusion within an organisation.

The course starts from the case analysis method and ends with project work on a real situation, covering the operational regulatory framework (Italian Law 68/99), the definition of inclusion policies and plans, and accessibility in all its forms: physical, sensory-perceptual and digital.

The real added value comes at the end: a valuable, recognised ISO/IEC 17024 credential that stays with professionals even when they change organisation or company. It is the first course in Italy to offer it.

Dates of the new edition:

  • Enrolment by 2 October
  • Start on 6 October
  • In-person day on 5 November

Full package: €975 (VAT included). Limited places.
