Moving dozens or hundreds of people between home and work every day is not just a logistical matter: it affects costs, the environment and the quality of life of those who work. This is why the law has given a name to the person who handles it, the Mobility Manager, and in many cases makes the role mandatory.

The obligation applies to companies and public authorities that have:

  • more than 100 employees at a single site;
  • their site in a provincial capital or in a municipality with more than 50,000 inhabitants.

Organisations in this situation must appoint a Mobility Manager and, every year by 31 December, adopt a Home-to-work commuting plan (PSCL). This is a requirement that calls for specific skills, not something to be improvised.

San Giorgio’s course trains this professional starting from the real case of your own organisation: each workshop builds a concrete part of the plan. Those who complete it do not just come away with theory, but with a PSCL they have already worked on.

In brief:

  • Duration: 44 hours, made up of 32 hours of live online training, 8 in person and 4 of distance learning
  • Start: 10 November 2026, on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
  • Exams and closing day: 15 and 16 December, in Marcon (Venice)
  • Certification: a course recognised for the certification of competences under the UNI 11977:2025 standard
